Montelparo Villa, located in the romantic landscapes of Tuscany, is a preserved retreat owned by a private family. RD&A transformed the old stable into a vacation home while honoring its structural heritage. Inspired by the surrounding wheat and sunflower fields, the villa’s yellowish façade was meticulously restored. Overcoming strict preservation laws, each stone was numbered, disassembled, and rebuilt. The interiors embrace a rustic yet refined aesthetic with terracotta floors, wooden beams, and original iron rings. This thoughtful restoration balances heritage with modern comfort, creating an intimate and timeless escape.
