RD&A designed the new monday.com offices located in Tel Aviv's business district, which extend across 15 floors with diverse amenities, in line with the company's culture and identity. Despite the brand's playful nature, the client requested a sense of calmness and coziness. To achieve this, light and textured materials were used, along with different shades of wood and playful furniture. Workstations were placed along the glass facade to maximize natural light, while large meeting rooms and phone booths separated open spaces. Each floor boasts a unique color palette, with custom-made ceilings, furniture, and carpets reflecting these colors. Wood is used prominently throughout the space to create a warm environment.
