We were commissioned to design the new HQ for BST Group, a leading construction, development, and entrepreneurship organization in Israel and abroad. The project aims to reflect BST Group's identity and its familial ethics, creating synergy across departments under one roof. Our goal was to mirror the harmony of the construction process through a system of open and closed spaces, defined by leading lines and visible constructive elements. The design features raw materials inspired by brutalist architecture, blending rough textures like iron, concrete, and glass with warm, homey elements. Informal meeting spaces and lounge areas encourage casual, welcoming gatherings.
